Does anyone know of an addon that shows locations of rare NPCs? Does Quest Completist do this?

Npc scan with the map overlay addition. Be warned, it will give you an alarm when you get close to rates. Like a jump scar sometimes.
How about undiscovered treasure chests?
Handynotes does that as well
