You have two options. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/slash-in Which allows you to add a delay to non-combat actions https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/macro-talk Which allows you to add modifiers to chat commands so you could do /wave on left click and /thank on right click, for instance.
