I think tauren should get +fist weapons. All weapons look cooler on them and fist weapons are some of the coolest looking.

Oh, that’s an interesting one. Anyone else have ideas for +shield skill?
The reality is that it only makes a difference in a highly optimized setting. +weapon skill is indeed powerful but is relatively meaningless in realistic play.
Tauren = two handed maces / polearms ( WC3 tauren chieftan uses those , and tauren unit use big wood stomp )
Orc = Axe
undead=swords dagger
troll= axe or swords.

Your mindset sounds … retail where people play what race/class/role/appearance they want.
Vanilla had well over 100x the playerbase of classic. GL forcing min/maxing on that many people and seeing as how you can’t seem to understand that you must be the retail player here.
The difference between Vanilla and Classic is not the population size, but the availability of information.
Just remove racials and call it good.
