Blizzard has been going that way for awhile, but in the lore they’re lankier/taller and tend to have more bronze tan skintones as well as rattier hair… Then they also tend to have the tattoos but Blizzard added that with customization to regular dwarves…
So yes and no. They would probably have different racials though to represent their connection to gryphons and their stormhammers.
