I want to say Naga, I really do, but the Horde desperately needs a race that gives them a chance to participate in the cosmic conflict storyline, so Ethereals.

Didn’t… the Naga get turned into Naga through the Void from N’zoth and also their Queen literally disappear into a Void Portal to “claim a throne”?

I’d think they count for the cosmic powers aye?
