This wouldn’t destroy just PvP. The power gains from a double jump in PvE would be massive. I’d argue it’ll be borderline oppressive later in the xpac.

I was pretty shocked to see Glide still available as a racial to non-Evoker Dracthyr. That’s going to be an insane buff for some classes. Not to mention the HP regen boost from visage form. They really need to give non Evoker Dracthyr their own set of racials.

But perhaps they should do a “racial rebalancing” pass. Strengthen the Races that are on the weaker side and maybe tone down the ones who are too strong.

they could unnerf the horde racials since they gutted them due to faction imbalance. now that most if not all of the social aspect/gameplay is faction agnostic (x-faction guilds, m+, raid, pvp) there should no longer be any imbalance

It would take a lot more than that, Alliance racials have always been superior.

Stoneform/Fireblood are the most powerful racials in the game’s entire history. And they keep BUFFING them.

dracthyr cant double jump. jumping into a glide is not a double jump. if it was, demon hunters racial would be called TRIPLE jump

im sorry that I used the term double jump when i should have said jump-glide. ill go back and fix it however my thoughts are the exact same on the matter. In my mind because you have to hit space bar twice rapidly it turned into double jump.

Then lets do dracthyr a favor and remove their humanish form because no amount of options can make that fugly face better. All the faces in the world for dracthyr to turn into and they choose the half lizardman that was just exposed for secretly ruling the world.

How would it work for other races without wings? I guess you could make the “magic” excuse but what about classes that don’t use magic like rogues or warriors?

The choice of making everyone else have jump-glide is more of a radical statement to draw attention. The proper solution is to make it unavailable for non-evokers until they figure out a different solution.
