Add fairy race to WOW

I’d insist they had a passive that increased avoidance by 10%

And another passive that increases damage taken by 10%

Everquest 2 is free.

No thank you

They better be on the Horde.

Goldshire wouldn’t survive if we got the Fairies.

How quickly we forget history… EverQuest 2 introduced The Fae as a race and it was considered one of the biggest mistakes possible. It had innate slow-fall, a built-in-sprint, wildly overpowered racials, and was instantly BIS for every single class the race could become.

No thanks.

why would it be bad for goldshire>???

I would immediately stock up on bug spray, and dual-wield fly-swatters.
You could call the starter zone EverPest, and your job is to survive EVERY other player in WoW coming to annihilate you. Also, if you stay in one place too long, you get webbed and eaten by a spider. If you fly, you get caught and eaten by a dragonfly. Or a small bird. Like a titmouse.

what if newbie fairies w/o armor swarm you when you drop the flyswatters

They would have to wear boots…

Been saying this for a while:

The gnomes living off the coast of Kul’Tiras should have been regular gnomes of Mechagon who turned to druidism upon encountering ther Drust - curious enough, they slumber within the forests of Ardenweald and they possess fae magic never seen before in Azeroth or the living realm (until SL).

Fae Gnomes - possessing wooden limbs, butterflies and leaves on scrumpy hair, able to fly within a certain distance and timespan, and above all, some have gained Sylvar horns and have complexion same as those of the WQ

That’s an interesting idea.

Either way, fairy folk would be an interesting way to introduce Druidism to a gnome like race.

Sprite yes. LOL

Neither do we since Blizzard missed the obvious opportunity to add the Night Fae wings as a cosmetic.

Instead we got a mothball backpack.

I’d play one

They coooouuuuuld have allowed us to have 100% uptime on Sparkle Wings. Instead they decided to troll and give us a 3 minute effect on a 5 minute CD.

Blizzard is allergic to making toys not have asinine cooldowns.

can they help you fly

No thank you we already have too many joke races

In his earliest drafts of what would eventually become The Lord of the Rings, Tolkien refered to his elves as gnomes.

What that would have done to the landscape of modern fantasy. We’d be playing the blood-gnomes and tinkering with our technological mecha-elves.
