EQ has a marriage system. You buy tickets to enter one of two special zones (a light-themed wedding chapel or a dark-themed one). I dunno the full details about how it works as I’ve never done it, but you can find wedding coordinator NPCs in the Plane of Knowledge.

I don’t know if it would really fit for WoW, but it can be done in MMOs.
