Add a 613 gear requirement for skirms

tired of doing the skirmish weekly to gear alts and having to heal people with 3 million health that contribute nothing even if i keep them alive

AH algari gear scales to 613 in arena and should be a requirement for skirms. they’re like 1k gold a piece

even 613 pve gear wouldnt be miserable to heal

can you give any reasoning other than wanting to be carried by other people on alts

even heroic dungeons have an ilvl requirement

Regular dungeons don’t though. The most bare minimum content shouldn’t have ilvl requirements.

the bare minimum for pvp would be random bgs and epic bgs, which dont have a requirement, as well as any brawl/event bgs

you cant go into a 3v3 mode in 0 gear it makes 0 sense fundamentally

Neither do skirmishes. Because it’s bare minimum content. It’s unrated.

and in skirmishes you are 33% of the impact (or 50% in double dps)

your argument makes 0 sense

it makes sense to not have gear requirements in modes where you are a small fraction of the team’s output, not the other way around

Maybe just don’t do skirms if you don’t want to have the possibility of having undergeared teammates?

that’s like me replying with maybe don’t reply to this thread if you’re not going to say any thing worth looking at my monitor for

i never see you post any thing intelligent on here i swear

False equivalency. You posted on a public forum, therefore any member of the public is free to post. Just like how you availed yourself of entry level content and got entry entry level teammates.

If it bugs you, don’t queue. If forums bug you, don’t post.

you can’t wrap your mind around the fact that skirms arent the entry level content to pvp and that bgs are, not sure what to tell you

it’s mind blowing that you see someone with 0 gear be 50% of a team’s participation and say “yeah it’s fine if he just dies immediately and wastes his teammate’s time” when the entire thing could be avoided by having the extremely low requirement of 613 scaled gear

wannabe kennie smh

Still a better title than someone who takes skirmishes seriously as clearly not entry-level pvp content.

i dont take them seriously, but it’s undeniable that it is frustrating wasting time being put with people that have 0 gear for weekly pvp quests, especially during the event

Seriously enough to make a thread whining about it and demand an ilvl entry bar for it, anyway.

It’s not frustrating though. Just press Q or if you’re that booty-tickled about it queue with a friend. People shouldn’t be barred from the most basic entry-level content because you’re not good enough to overcome the occasional undergeared teammate.

yea man i get it youre a ret paladin and can easily 1v2 any skirmish so it’s not a big deal

did the same thing on mine and won 10 straight for the weekly

not gonna waste more of my time trying to convince you what the pvp progression systems are anymore

like i said, even if i do 3x the enemy healing and keep my undergeared teammate alive, we still lose due to 0 damage

i wish you were literate :frowning:

How does not wanting arbitrary ilvl floors to queue entry-level content make me illiterate?

Gear already automatically scales up to 600 even if it isn’t pvp gear. People shouldn’t be barred from queueing because you’re experiencing skill issues.

it only scales if it’s ~540 or higher

again, you’re not aware

the illiteracy part was saying i could carry someone like that as a healer when i cannot even if they stay alive long enough

Apparently you’re not aware that for everytime you get an undergeared player on your team, you’re equally as likely to get one on the other team (TO YOUR BENEFIT) another go around.

And skirms are entry level. Other than making a UI tweak or testing macros, I’d venture to say they’re to be taken even less seriously than BGs since the queue times are shorter, game duration is shorter, and rewards are far less.

But you hold fast to your opinions chica, it’s cool.
