It isn’t just your authentication servers, it’s everything. Abilities are lagging, dragonriding doesn’t work, quests take forever to turn in, etc.

It’s not just authentication issues, world server down, massive lag.
Nobody I know could get onto Illidan for an hour. Just got back on, still lagged, some booted minutes after finally getting back on.

i got it, and the base UI is reset, AGAIN. is this gonna be a common occurence with new content? if so i’d rather just go back to bartender

Logged in after getting booted and I have to reset my whole UI again…this is beyond ridiculous; I mean every time there is an issue you have to change the UI over and over again! I am tired of having to edit my UI every time there is a mess up at Blizz.

Typical expansion launch is typical. Wouldn’t expect anything less.
there are more than just “authentication” issues people have being wait at the docks for an hour and a half.

How are there no updates?
- It is not the instance server, we checked and the CPU / load is normal
- It is not the DB server, people are looting and the DBA’s are measuring responses
- It is not the Network stack, we are watching the LB and see traffic below the 80% saturation level.
Basically, it looks like you folks at MSFT are clueless or simply lying.
NO updates? None whatsoever? Are you even looking at a problem, chatting on Slack or performing any kind of diagnostics?
