Can’t wait for Riot MMORPG to drop with probably over 10M players on their first ever day and with absolutely no lag just to show how bad Blizzard are at managing an MMORPG.

THIS 100%. I was on @4pm EST waiting for this, was able to hit the zep, get to isles pick up quests then booted while others are on and playing fine? SO, by that I was authenticated ALREADY.
But hey we should be happy theres a game… called loading screens, smoke and mirrors and character select screens.
as far as I’m concerned “LoadingFlight” has dropped the ball esp to the people who were already logged in and got booted.

You say this with EVERY expac drop… You don’t need to investigate the cause, you just need to hire an adequate & competent staff, and get some servers that can actually handle the traffic.

Only had one issue with shadowlands launch have run into several already with this one.
I complain about that too but it’s nothing new the streamers are always playing at launch…either they are on low pop servers or streaming servers set up just for them…that way the launch looks good from the outside
My toons in Boralus can’t login. Darnassus and Stormwind are fine. . . and there’s no boat running.

Its almost as if this blizzard company is new. This has NEVER happen before…
If I were Microsoft I wouldn’t go ahead with the deal.
Can we get our boat fixed? think it may hit an iceberg or somthing coming into stormwind 
Are you also aware that the boats are not working.

Just take down the servers and fix the issue. At the moment its been 2.5 hours of being logged in and waiting on the zepplin or being stuck on the character screen with world server down notice. 18 years and the servers are never ready for the bottleneck of players.

Imagine making the money they make a month of subscriptions alone and can’t / don’t hire real hardware/software devs who prep for this stuff correctly… If I wasn’t seeing it EVERY XPAC, wouldn’t believe it…

The issue is that, ONCE AGAIN YOU FAILED TO PREDICT HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD WANT TO PLAY. You also continue to bottleneck players which can cause a huge problem and make areas crash…smh

I am. Every time I fly to the zepp tower, I get Transfer Aborted: Instance not found and ported back to just on cliff outside of Org. It takes about 5 minutes to reset everytime.
Shadowlands launch was WAY better, Shadowlands was actually good. I miss Shadowlands.
