Actions Taken to Address Exploitative Gameplay

Here’s the solution: Make all servers VPN-proof and then implement regional locks. If you want to use a VPN, too bad. As the old saying goes, “it takes one to ruin it for everyone.”

The proposal is to require REAL IDs (goverment issues IDs’/Drivers licenses) that are linked to each account, which in turn is linked to an IP address. If individuals are caught botting or engaging in real money trading (RMT), they would receive permanent bans.

Stop claiming to combat the issue without implementing measures that would actually make it more difficult. Yes, it might inconvenience the average player to take 5 minutes to verify their ID, but ultimately, it will enhance the gaming experience!

Additionally, why aren’t your GM’s actively monitoring the game IN GAME anymore, enforcing rules by kicking out bots and farmers, confiscating their hearthstones, and then transporting them to remote locations?

Can we get some more actions please?
Arugal is 85% bots exploiting the stupidity of the free transfer system. Either ban the bots more often or change the free transfer system.
Any one day you log in these are the typical bots:
1-2 parties in Shadowfang Keep with lvl 60 bot mages levelling other bot mages
1-2 parties in Scarlet Monastry with lvl 60 bot mages levelling other bot mages
50+ bot mages in Mara some leveling other bots, most just farming
Up to 10 bot mages in Zul’Farrak

Preferred solution: fix the free transfer system so that it helps real players not bots. It would fix the bot problem for small pop servers overnight.

Reporting bots on Arugal regularly. No visible actions from Blizzard as the bots numbers are not going down.
