Swapping to Beta version fixed this for me (in the bnet launcher settings, opt in for beta)

I just switched to the beta launcher and my account showed up.

mine is doing the same. it says im on a trial account when my account shows i have an active subcribe. my charaters are all gone and i had ten of them. when i log in it goes right to a free trial and shows all my toons are gone. how can i get them back
Yes a sorry excuse for a game , blizzard fails to fix months old buge that rip off players , 4 month.s time left that blizzard won’t refund me and i am out of this game.
Switch the licence you’re logging into above the play button.
But also make sure the app launcher is up to date.
If I didn’t know how to manually log in old school style I’d be screwed. From the login screen where it shows you have to pick a new character hit the back button. From that screen select log off. You then get the username and password login screen. After you enter that info you need to open battlenet app on your phone and go to the authenticator on the app. Select manually enter authentication code. You’ll get an 8 digit number to enter in. It’s on a 1 minute timer.
So far that’s the only way I’ve been able to access my current retail account.
Same problem here. I deleted the starter account from my Bnet, so starting from the launcher now always logs me in to Retail Live.
Launcher still thinks I’m on the trial account, though, as it says my sub is about to expire in like 5 minutes.
