It does only take a week and if it takes you longer than that, you really don’t play enough for this to be a huge concern anyway. Just enjoy the one character you spent all your time playing up to this stage.
You don’t know exact numbers and I very much care that these aren’t made account wide. We have way way too much account wide stuff already, no need to ruin character progression totally.
