If you could Please explain how the in game code of conduct was violated by me or how I impeded a 6 minute win or loss based on what I specifically did. I am unsure what I did or how I am supposed to not do it again if I cant get a real answer. I don’t know why I received a month suspension as opposed to the 2 week everyone else is receiving. I have looked into the code of conduct and legal responses I was auto sent but none of it explains how they came to this decision. I obviously cant post from my account since I am suspended so here is the information if a real person and not some automated copy and paste would like to inform me.

In this case its usualy being afk and doing no damage like camping a graveyard or a tower when its not being attacked or like in a previous thread attacking harpies solo.

For PvP Nonparticipation, that means you’ve had a number of matches (a lot more than one) where you have been reported as AFK or not participating in the match.
Defending a point away from the team can be a reason you were reported. The team that issues this looks at damage and/or healing when deciding to issue a suspension. In Battlegrounds, it is expected to follow the team.
and yes I would agree that 2 weeks is normal. So why a month.
And how am I supposed to know what without being able to speak to someone who made that final decision. Please everyone this isn’t for you to try and explain what I am reading, I need someone who actually works for them or can tell me specifics
No, they’re saying the instance from three years ago is why it isn’t two weeks today. Because you’ve already had the two week penalty, now you’re on the next step.
Non-participation isn’t determined by a single match, but a vast majority over a pre-determined threshold, could be 20 or more.
The duration of penalties is based on the License history. The penalty duration gets longer the more penalties you have on the license. Those penalties don’t drop off or age out.
So, if you already had one strike then a second strike gets a longer penalty.
This and also they look at the DPS and Healing logs. NO damage or healing over multiple matches is where it starts to get into non-participation territory.
They don’t go there every match, I did my job by defending which the matches they killed me I had more kills in since they are only 5-6 minutes long. How is that non-participation?
Doing NO damage or healing is what tips it into non-participation. You need to actually be engaging in the fights, not going somewhere just in case the other team shows up.
Someone else tried the same argument today (that they were capping a location in case the other team showed up) and found out that does not work.
that is what half the people who auto run to the lts do. Just because people want to the report the people doing it somewhere else, DOESNT MAKE IT WRONG AND NON PARTICIPATION.
Your role is to be where the action is, not standing by yourself somewhere. They don’t base the penalty off a single match. This is based off many matches with over HALF of yours having no healing or dmg at all.
If you realize your version of participation puts you somewhere with no action, you have ample time to change that in future matches.
