Hello I logged off this morning, and when I opened the launcher this faternoon my wow1 account is missing, I only see wow2 wow3 and wow starter, I dont know how to get my account to show Ive tried everything, there is no action on the account and battlenet says its active can someone help me

Also having this problem, my secondary account for auctioning vanished from the launcher list.
OK I got into my wow account, I launched the wow.exe from the retail folder, logged in old school it asked for authentacator put that in then the wow account list was populated and I was able to select wow1 and logged in all toons and everything seem fine

Yeah that’s one way of getting in. I logged in on second account and reopened launcher and it’s still not in the list.
My accounts have found their way back to my launcher

Just noticed my WoW3 is missing for retail, but it shows for classic.
so have mine after this ordeal
i hope we dont have to do this from now on would be a pain in the butt
