Unfortunately, posting here doesn’t get your ticket addressed sooner. All Vrak is doing is making sure that the ticket actually got submitted. Did you get a ticket number when you made the submission? If not, then the ticket didn’t get in properly.
But if you did get a ticket number then all you can do is wait on that ticket. You might end up missing the raid tonight though. It really just depends on where you are in the queue.

yeah that what i wait , and i have been waitin for that too was hopin there is via call service so i can get this soon asap
i mean i doin nothing wrong and suddenly got banned when i was waitin raid that happen once a week it just really frustated if i miss it because of the ban that i dont even know why i get the ban for
For account actions, there has never been an option to call in. Right now, the only way to appeal any sort of account action is via your ticket.

No, sorry. As has been stated, you need to submit a ticket. The forums are not a means to circumvent that process.
Being banned/suspended shouldn’t prevent you from logging into the site.

You stated earlier that you already did put in a ticket and that a GM was looking into it and they told you that you need to wait.

You’ve got this all twisted up and so much more difficult than it has to be by being so obstinate.
You don’t NEED to be logged in to try and push through. Even if you don’t really believe you were compromised, had you followed what Perl told you eight hours ago, this might have been fixed.
Tickets may take up to 24 hours, but if you submitted things properly, they generally get put into a higher queue. What is the ticket number you were given before that you received some response to - regardless of what account it was? We as other players cannot do anything with the ticket #, mind you, but since Vrak is peeping in, perhaps they can while we troubleshoot you as best we can.
its my battle net account got banned … not locked
so i cant login via web to send the ticket appeal
but i did appeal with form that required some ID and send it
but i sent it like 24 h ago and still waiting for it to be finished
if i can send u my email / ticket number that written on email maybe that can help but i can private message u or something right or should i post it here ?

yea maybe patience is the answer , sry i just been frustated and mad bout this thing because it happen when raid reset and look like ill miss the raid tonite
You dont want to rush these things i got hacked years ago and they only restored one toon i took another ticket to get all my toons restored.
yeah . problem is my account just fine , i was played it while i got forced out from the game due locked which is absurd

Say it hadn’t been you on, and instead a hacker that deleted everything off of all of your characters, stole all of your gold and did illegal things that may have resulted in a full on ban? Something happened to trigger their systems. Just because you were on doesn’t mean that they somehow didn’t show someone else trying to log in or something or another. Your account was locked down as a preventative measure. Is it inconvenient to you as a raider? Sure. But it’s one night’s loss. They will get things sorted out and all of that.

I don’t recall reading about entire bnet closure tied to account actions recently.

i got the email from bliz today , it said i can fully access my account now but when i tried to log in via blizzard launcher it said still got banned
Then on your ticket, use the “I still have an issue” option if you’ve not closed it out already. Vrak is not a GM, they have nothing to do with the ticketing procedure.
The one you are currently posting on? Odd, it looks like the account should be good.
Try rebooting the client and if you are still having trouble I’d recommend resetting your password. That can force the account status to update.

its blizzard account that got banned not wow account , yea i have been got email from blizz cs and it said i can fully access but when i tried to log on via launcher it said still got banned
and i already did send some new ticket for that too hope that will be fast response to this
