My mother and I play two separate blizzard accounts. Just looking for help in finding out if I can link her account to mine to give her pathfinder for bfa as i have recently bought her the xpack for her bday. Anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated

No, unfortunately there’s no way to do that with two separate accounts for adults.

On the good side, right now the in-game buffs for xp and rep are pretty nice! If you help her out you might be able to knock out the quests and rep pretty fast.

When Shadowlands releases, only the two latest xpacs will have pathfinfer achievements. It will be removed from previous xpacs.
