I also agree that people can and often do exaggerate their claims. The two aren’t mutually exclusive.
If we need “proof” that it’s an actual issue, beyond individual claims on the forums (by which with your statement, we could conceivably dismiss everything), we can look at Blizzard’s reaction and providing accessibility options solely for sky riding. There would be no need to make such options if the problems didn’t exist.

Put plainly, I don’t really care what Ion has said. Ion says a lot of things and makes a lot of promises. Hinging your every argument on his word is hardly a defense and more of an admission that you don’t have much of an argument to back up your statements.
As for facts, I would say it’s important to recognize that skyriding isn’t the strenuous task you have propped it up to be. I’m sure people have their issues with it, and I can’t speak for everyone.
But as someone who plays this game and uses skyriding, I find it difficult to understand where the issues may arise just shy of motion sickness (which Blizzard appears to have accommodated for), because the main mechanic of skyriding involves slightly tilting up and down and left and right when you need to maneuver. From a purely comparative analysis, skyriding is arguably one of the less strenuous tasks in this game. Hunters have more complex rotations than skyriding, and they are considered the easiest class in the game. In that vein, I personally struggle to understand how someone could play this game regularly if skyriding is such a burden.
But that’s besides the point. I’m not opposed to static flying being available simply because I don’t see any reason it shouldn’t be, but that’s as far as these arguments should go. It should be “static flying should be available because I want it to be available and because PF is bad.” Using accessibility and disabilities feels like a disingenuous and bad-faith way of suppressing any dissenting opinion so that you can frame people who disagree with you as ableists who are callously indifferent to the struggles of a disabled person. For all you know, the people you disagree with could very much be disabled themselves. You don’t speak for disabled people, nor does anyone else here. The only person you speak for is yourself.

Having said that, I personally think you flatter yourself that people are this desperate to engage with you. You don’t seem like the type to listen to reason so I have no idea why someone would want to subject themselves to that kind of torture.
