Abyssal Lords Phase 4?

I see the Phase 4 notes mention Silithus and Twilights Hammer sites. Does that mean the summonable Abyssal Lords will be available with Phase 4?

I would think so. You need to kill the fire one for the .5 questline.

I suspect so, and they are CC rep, so also worth it for the few CC rep items you may want for your class.
