Nobody likes toxicity and no matter what u think ur in the wrong it has no place in game or the forums Choose ur words carefully or u can face a forum vacation.

You also agreed to the rules that allow you to play the game.
Don’t like the rules? Don’t agree to them and take the toxicity elsewhere, but you’re going to find that games without restraints are few and far between. People are tired of being belittled, berated and made miserable over something that is supposed to be an enjoyable pastime because someone else doesn’t know how to act. Or worse, chooses not to. But that way? That way there be consequences.

So? We also abide by a simple code of conduct too. There is nothing draconian or over-the-top about the rules.
Other games are a lot more strict if you haven’t realised.
Most game companies are working towards stamping out such behavior.
Do you forget that children/minors play this game too?
