Ability/Loot Lag on Oceanic Servers Despite Normal Latency

WoW plays sort of like a turn-based game right now in Arathi, the lag is so bad!
Arathi Highlands is stupid right now. 4ms and 8ms right now, but takes about 2-3 secs per interactions (mounting, clicking 1 button, etc.).

I play Oceanic realms, and they've been bad since launch, just so much worse than usual right now. This really really needs to be fixed. Paying monthly for a total lagfest is quickly becoming not worth it.
BfA zones are awful in the evenings, especially the one with the latest emissary quest. Now warfronts open up and Arathi (and WPL where my alt just was) are unplayable.
But sure, every single Oceanic player needs to try turning their routers off and on again, can't be Blizzard being too cheap to buy enough server capacity and just waiting for player drop off to solve it.
Disgraceful.
So.. crafting inks in bulk while lagging, takes more than 2 seconds per ink with the glove crafting enchant. Should take ~0.5 seconds each. This while in game latency showing 65ms, which is normal for me.

Not sure how Blizz think this can possibly be a client side issue, or an ISP issue. It is 100% server side lag.
Servers remain unplayable while our sub time ticks away ...

on saurfang (oceanic) arthi is a damn lag house. lag in general (looting and combat/button presses)

To be clear, I play from Japan, on an Oceanic server (Khaz'goroth) and I get this same lag. It IS NOT just a local Aus/NZ issue. There is a serious lag problem on Oceanic servers, and has been since launch. Right now it is unplayable.
Wow... Arathi is an absolute disaster.

Perhaps we should all troubleshoot our individual connections to resolve this...
since it will soon be a month since launch their strategy for this problem
seems to be wait until enough players leave for the servers to stabilize.
seriously though my only fear is that the problem just decreases in severity
and frequency to the point where we might as well be playing on the american servers
One of the worst aspects of this lag isn't the slow mining or looting or fishing, its the disruption to fighting.

The things we are fighting against, the mobs and bosses, aren't affected by lag. They attack and move just as they always did, and should. However our ability to fight them is seriously impeded. On my monk Ill hit Fists of fury and it will run through its cycle and keep on going even after the spell has finished on the bar and I'm trying to hit another attack because the target is not being hit by FoF due to lag.

This is what I'm finding very hard to deal with. Only the fact that I have made so many good friends in WoW is keeping my subscribed. But I may well have to stop questing in BfA zones because I jsut cant put up the stress of trying to fight against a system that is plainly misfiring.

We are already dealing with changes to GCD and our abilities, and on top of that we have this awful lag. Just how much are we supposed to put up with???
Sick and tired of this f!cking sh!t now...3 weeks peak time is so too laggy to play.

Can these incompetent sh!t heads use the money we are paying them to fix this.

The lag in Arathi is INSANE. The game is entirely unplayable. All of these issues that we have been experiencing for nigh on 4 weeks now is CLEARLY linked to your servers Blizzard. There is no other possible explanation for this. It ONLY happens in BfA zones (now, including the overhauled Arathi Highlands), all of our WinMTR and Traceroutes are showing no sign of connection issues and even your own ingame latency display shows a perfect connection. But the game is NOT PLAYABLE.

What more will it take before you guys will figure this thing out. Will there be another 10 days of silence from you guys before we get another post saying that "we can't find a problem *insert troll face*".

As Taliesin would say "it's a total sh!t show... obviously"

There is clearly a problem with the servers or the data centre in Sydney.

We are currently investigating this issue and need more information to narrow down the problem. When the issue is occurring please run a [url="https://battle.net/support/article/000027780?utm_source=internal-TechForum&utm_medium=posting&utm_campaign=BlizzardCS&utm_content=solution"]WinMTR [/url] to host IP: 103.4.115.248 for 10 minutes. Post the results back here within code blocks </>. Other information we would like to know:

- Does this latency only occur in Battle for Azeroth zones or anywhere in game?
- When the latency is occurring what does your Home/World latency report. You can see this by placing your mouse over the red question mark next to your bags.

This information will help us greatly! Just make sure to collect it when the issue is at it's worst and during the time frame stated.

This would be fixed in an hour if this was a US server problem, oceanic has been shafted EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3 WEEKS!!!!!!!
41 page and there's no response from Blizz lol, please send help to LATAM too :/
Can we all get FREE transfers to US realms? because for some stupid reason they work better than ours, i also experience this in BG's and Dungeons, and when not experiencing this i get sharded into 300-400ms worlds where sometimes people don't even speak english.
No LAG at this time, feels great to play the game with no lag.... just like entire legion expac....

Only enjoyable doing WQ's at this time.. only time I can get myself to do it.
