Are there any particular reasons you HAVE to do the covenant storyline?
From what I understand there will still be tokens to get you to 40 renown immediately and you can still get the soulbinds, so with the covenant skip they probably didn’t want to add even more on top of that. If you decided to skip it would then be lost to you.
New to shadowlands here so I haven’t had the pleasure of doing a covenant multiple times yet, just trying to understand the actual problem here.
