Am I the only one having this experience after the patch?
Whenever an ability like Hunter’s traps, anti-venom from First Aid, Paladin’s stun and many more go off Cooldown they are flashing, on the Action bars as well as in my inventory or equipped where available.
This is a setting, though I don’t remember which one or where it is offhand.
Patch probably turned it on for you unexpectedly.
If you stumle over it, please do tell - I searced for everything that I thougt relevant, and I can’t find it. It drives me almost mad.
Thanks. I found it … or rather I chanced upom a way to deactivate it by re- and deactivating the actionbar countdown a couple of times 
Why it suddenly worked that way … no idea.
