Now that’s a bummer… I saw Chen Stormstout up twice in the last week and a half. My RNG sticking point seems to be the damn book from Zskara Vaults: The Old Gods and the Ordering of Azeroth (Annotated).
did that whole achievement on my evoker and just needed that book to complete it only to find it was from the vaults and I didn’t have it in my vault that week, but my hunter had the damn old god book and none of the other books, so I had to do the achievement all over again. lol
Now i’m flying around trying to get these stupid note thingies out of expedition scout packs and disturbed dirt for Treasures of Thaldraszus and Azure span, but my achievement progress reset on those ones, and I didn’t notice until It was the last thing I can do that isn’t on a daily/weekly reset, so now I need to do it on an alt, but the notes just don’t drop, and when they do, it’s a treasure I already got on my main in Ohn’ahran Plains or Waking Shores which I already earned the achievements for. lol

Starting to get the sense that this meta achievement is filled with stories like this… RNG simply shouldn’t be part of a meta achievement IMO
Quick update:
Looks like this was finally added to the Known Issues currently being worked on. So that’s a start I guess! Fingers crossed this gets sorted out soon.
