The new expansion needs more time to work out key features. I think another remix event would buy Blizz the needed time to get things more smooth out.
Legion would the easiest expansion to do a quick remix for. It already has a cape mechanic with the weapons. Class order halls would keep people busy too. You can also do mythic plus since Legion was the first expansion to have it.

Iâd wait a couple months more if they fix all problems we have NOW in tww (not mentioning ones we dont know yet)âŠ

Adding playable Quelâdorei will make TWW the best expansion ever.

I think thereâs no way they back out of this release date now. People have hard committed to it, itâs less than a month away. I think we may have more extended downtime on Tuesdays before it drops. I donât know if anyone remembers, but during the Dragonflight pre-patch, the Auction house broke for a while, and there was a lot of bugs too because thatâs when they made the realm wide AH. Hard to quantify if this one is worse vs that one, but itâs not uncommon for pre-patches these days.

no one wants the main content for retail to be more rehashed remix stuff while TWW is delayed, i would just cancel my sub for 3 months if another remix dropped, when i heard of mop remix i was like yea remix of mop but then it just turned out to be remix of mop using retails talents and systems not an actual throwback remix where it was real mop. they need to stop making remix stuff and actually focus on new content. yet people keep buying into rehashed stuff and the new content is just rushed and released.
in blizzards eyes TWW is perfectly ready to be released, it semi works ,classes are unbalanced still and has lots of bugs. see perfect in their eyes

I would. I know lots of other people who would, too.
TWW doesnât have people excited for it to come out; let it stew until itâs ready.

âDoes it crash to desktop? No? âŠthen itâs ready.â
Thatâs how game companies work now.
Actual mechanics, balance, systems ⊠HA!!
âWeâll patch that later.â
The ONLY thing they care about is: does it crash to desktop?

this is my point exactly , blizzard throws out some idea that prob took them 2 minutes to think of and people are happy about it but then skimp on real content for retail, they could have easily made a real season 4 for DF. Fated was the worst idea they could have thought of
i play retail for new content, if i wanted to play remixed stuff all the time id play one of the 4 other classic versions. as it is TWW looks like its got even less content than DF but yet they will just throw another remix or another plunderstorm in there to distract people away from that fact.

Look, the expansion is launching at the end of next month.
They arenât going to delay it, and one month is not enough time for them to prepare, test and release another Remix event.
You do realize they take time to make yes?

Thereâs no doubt that season 4âs are a terrible idea, weâve seen that on full display since they tried it in Shadowlands.
But TWW has a lot of problems, largely from half-baked things Blizzard canât pull off, that nobody was even asking for.

id rather a half baked mess so people can see they screwed up and just cant plan properly.
throwing a new remix out there and delaying TWW saves them alot of backlash. if TWW tanks so does player subs and stuff and will at least make them look at the quality of their work a little bit
Blizzard is an ivory tower developer. Loss of subs/sales is never the developersâ fault, itâs always the fault of sales and marketing (or so the developers convince everyone).
so⊠instead of working on fixing stuff which youâre complaining is broken, youâd prefer them to just go work on another project?
riiiight.

way to take it out of context. if you read the other 6 posts in here of mine i stated im against another remix.
i should have said that if they did release another remix it would save them alot of backlash if they delayed as everyone these days loves rehashed content.
Except they literally admitted it was their fault with BFA and Shadowlands, particularly Shadowlands, at the GDC this year, which is when WoW was at its lowest point.
So if TWW fails, it will be their fault, and they canât shove it onto the shoulders of marketing or anyone else.
But given that it is dropping features that many people wanted, and theyâre not bringing in vastly unpopular systems like they did with Shadowlands, I donât imagine that the expansion will fail.
how would it save any backlash?
people want to play the new stuff.
not have further delays

well apparently alot of people love remix and would play another one lol.
if you delay an xpac without any other content you get people raging and complaining.
delay the xpac and throw out some crappy new remix and while people will be angry and annoyed the hate from alot of people will be less because they got something âNEWâ to farm.
its like if waiting in line for something you are then told to wait another for hours but heres free drinks while you wait. of course people will be annoyed but hey free drinks.
im all for them releasing TWW in whatever crappy broken state its in because then it just shows how bad blizz have gotten.
Again, Blizzard canât just âtoss out a Remixâ whenever they want.
Remixes take time to create as pretty much every system and every quest needs to be altered to turn them into remix content. On top of that the developers have to create a horde of new and returning items as either single items or part of ensembles, and thereâs far more than that to do in order to make a new Remix.
It would take them months to develop, test and then release a new one. So what happens in the meantime? They delay TWW, with nothing to replace it, then say that there will be a new Remix that needs to be created, tested and then launched in a few months. Meanwhile retail players who donât have any interest in Remix get what? A bag of candy and some soda?
