A vocal minority pushing RDF down our throats

Lmao, I doubt you break out of double digit IQ, silly cow.

Except, none of that is what you’ve said up to this point.

You shifted from saying RDF was the reason for player dropoffs, to a reason, to trying to hit me with gotchas that were nothing but hilariously flawed logic. Now that you’ve actually said stances that aren’t based off ignoring factual numbers from Blizzard

To some extent, sure. Think ultimately it depends on how Blizzard would actually implement it. if they were able to get it added in the same spirit it was added in 3.3.0 largely as a sort of catchup thing that also rewarded geared people with extra Emblems of Frost it’d have little impact on the endgame.

As far as leveling goes, well Wrath questing is not Vanilla questing and most people, even healers, can solo quest all the way up to 80. At the end of the day, dungeons are still 5 man content and requires such to do which means there’s some level of forced interaction. And TBCC heroics for a while now have been proof that its more a change in society and the community as a large that drives less social interaction than any particular system.

If you’re a tank, healer, or meta DPS spec … sure I guess. If you’re not playing a meta spec, not sure that sense of community is something folks care about in context of dungeons.

But also guessing this is in the spirit of holding people accountable? But that idea is already gone considering Blizzard is already selling paid name changes and has already confirmed that paid faction & race changes are coming after launch.

if these were core concerns, why is it RDF is when you die on that hill rather than PvP queues that teleport you into the BG rather than forcing people to run to them?

Curious though, what sort of world interaction do you believe there is for the majority of people who will just fly straight to dungeons ignoring the world?

So i know you didnt play it and youre not in the player base, but theres this game called classic wow. and PLAYERS have been playing it for the last 3 years. and enjoying the game they play! wotlk doesnt exist in a vacuum, and clearly the devs are not trying to alienate their players that currently play the game. so no youre asking for an original feature to be added that materially changes the game weve been playing for three years. dont get the word “game” mixed up now.

no one runs heroics for immersion lol

 Please keep it up you’re entertaining beyond a doubt, a class act even.

If only we could take all the Anti RDFers and lock them on an RP server for a month with no instant quest text, no boost, no lfd, and watch them all unsub.

Lets not I don’t want toxic players on one of the few servers that isn’t a toxic cesspool in Classic.

Personal experience varies here.

I have made friends in Legion and in BFA which those two have RDF. Me making friends after RDF has been implemented… Shocking… I know.

Also in 3 years of Classic of running dungeons, I could say that the amount of chatter that is Classic and TBC classic dungeons is just the same amount that as of RDF… And thats without RDF.

Can we not pretend that Toxic players and ninja looters exist only in RDF dungeons please?

I had a mage during TBC classic that kept arcane exploding right out the gate when we had a druid tank and proceeds to claim that the tank cant hold aggro and the tank is “bad”. Thats without RDF btw.

Such ignorance of this statement, if you think the failure of Warlords of Draenor, Battle for Azeroth and Shadowland is caused by RDF, your wrong in every way possible.

Also, we better get rid of addons… the immersion is so much worse when I have addons. We gotta preserve it, for the sake of anti RDF

Two things. 1. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE RDF even if it is put back in the game. 2. You are the toxic player you are talking about.

Whoa look who is back! wonder how many copy paste troll posts are coming

Toxicity is a major part of the community and has been since 2004.

I think we need more toxic players to increase immersion.

They could put in RDF but add goodies to incentivize using LFG. Or, they could disable auto teleport to dungeons for RDF.

They could also disable cross faction for RDF for full servers.

Its easy to come up with suggestions.

You see, I have a very high IQ. Do you want to know why? Well, I’ll tell you anyways, I have a high IQ because I watch this amazing television show (which to my surprise piqued my interest unlike many other television shows) Rick and Morty. This show is remarkably intellectual (Like me, mind you) and not like any other animated shows. My most favorite joke from the show is “WUBALUBADUBDUB” it makes me giddy inside and knowing the common folk wont understand the joke makes me laugh even harder!

Yes. I need more ninja looters so i can fully immerse myself in the grandeur that is World of Warcraft

Let’s face the truth here:

Adding queue for PVP from ANYWHERE in the world is either a shot in their own knee from Blizzard, which will cause the forums to revolt and demand RDF to be added (current state), or it is a sign that they are going back and deciding to add RDF to satisfy the playerbase.

Either way, they have compromised that cringe post where they talked about vision etc… The teleport to BG is too far. How do you explain you can queue from BG flying and teleport to BG but you cannot do for dungeons?

There is no reasonable explanation that any sober person can understand (maybe a silly cow would accept it anyway).

So theres some nuance here. Wows casual QOL ethos (the one it was born with in 2004 that made vanilla what is was) is BOTH to blame for rdf AND Shadowlands. And Xrealm PVP. AND vanilla raiding. and a number of other things some good some bad. you both just disagree on whats good and bad. But the two things are definitely connected. and connected to many other things.

This is literally what lfg already is.

Buff to Ninja Looters and Pullers by 10% upon release.

Did we hit the wasp nest?
