A | Drifters - Tue/Thu 8-11EST 2/8M, LF a few for 8.1

Drifters is a small guild of awesome people. We are looking for a couple more people to bolster our raid team ranks as we look towards the next raid tier. We are 8/8 Heroic and 2/8 Mythic in Uldir.

Raid times are 8-11 PM EST on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We push progression on Tuesday and Thursday.

Needs:
Raid group (Uldir 8/8 H, 2/8 M) - We are recruiting 1-2 ranged DPS for our raid team. We would like to chat on Discord and trial people in raid and M+'s to ensure you mesh with the group. We will also be looking at past logs and performance. We may alternate some people to ensure the correct raid comp for mythic, but we will always ensure that all get the kills/achvs.

We will never push hard-core cutting edge mythic raid progression. BUT, we will be working on Mythic progression with a great team and we will see how far we get!

More Info:
We run lots of mythic plus dungeons every other day, group for questing and in general enjoy playing this game together. Many of us are real life friends and many of us have played together since Vanilla. All are mature adults (most of the time)!

We request that people be respectful, friendly, and have fun. We require you to use the calendar for raid invites. Since we are small and we don’t intend to bench people, we will rely heavily on the calendar so we know who we might have to bring in to fill an empty spot.

If we recruit you on your main to be a raider, you can bring alts, but we require your main to remain your raiding toon until a tier is on farm. No switching mains halfway through a tier while we are still progressing.

We expect all to know the fights and not require micro-managing.

If you play a flex toon and can effectively play more than one spec, you may be asked to switch specs if the need should arise. So example if you are balance, but can also heal and a healer is out, we may ask if you could heal in a pinch.
We have Discord, repairs, food, cauldrons, etc.
