The first time I saw it, I looked up what it was about, and found out it means someone not even on my server who I don’t know did a thing, and it had pretty much no meaning for me. Except maybe that pet unlock, which people didn’t even know at the time, and the message doesn’t indicate anything about. The only emotion I felt was “annoyance”.
The silly thing is they have this going off every 2 minutes, but didn’t think to use it to announce the Treasure Goblins for their DIablo event, where it would have actually been useful and relevant.
