Can no longer progress after the cinematic. Stuck on Amarth confronted, he does not spawn. Tried abandoning, relogging, exiting game, nothing works.

Stuck on the same spot. we defeated the amarth the first time, but then Xandria didnt do anything. so we abandoned the quest in an attempt to just do it again, and now Amarth doesnt spawn to continue the quest.

After resetting the quest and logging off 6 times it randomly worked.
