Empire is currently looking for dedicated players to join for KSM and Cutting Edge. We have a community of Mythic-seasoned players spanning multiple expansions that have come together with the desire and drive to clear Mythic raid content in a timely manner and support a roster capable of competitive Mythic+ players. We are looking to fill the remainder of our roster with competitive, competent and friendly players who we feel are deeply knowledgeable about their class and are driven to constantly push themselves with each success and failure. We expect that recruits will demonstrate these qualities primarily through interacting and trialing with us. While logs can provide a strong signal we encourage returning players and other applicants in situations where these may not be available to apply.

Guild Expectations
You are part of a guild. We succeed as a group, not as individuals. Self-centred and self-absorbed attitudes are not helpful.
Not everyone will get on with everyone else. That’s life.
Not everyone will agree with everyone else. It’s a large guild and conflict will inevitably arise. As adults, members are expected to either try to resolve disagreements with other players civilly, privately and independently. Failing that, try to work around it. Approach an Officer for assistance if you have exhausted all other options.
Drama will not be tolerated. Disagreements or other behaviors which become disruptive are unacceptable.
Constructive feedback and discussion on all aspects of the guild and raiding is always welcome. Complaints should not be made unless accompanied by alternative proposals. All feedback and discussion should respect the rules and expectations.
Positive criticism is a good thing. Members should feel free to give advice and suggestions to other players to improve their play. Equally, members should view any positive criticism as an opportunity to improve.
Raid Expectations
Every Raider is expected to do their best. We are not a hardcore / hall-of-fame guild, but we intend to make the most of our raiding and as such have high expectations of our raiders. Everyone should strive to give their best when raiding, ensure they meet the demands of the Raider rank, and spend time researching how to improve outside of raids.
We love to down internet bosses, but not at the cost of fun. Don’t ruin that for others.
Everyone is expected to be on time (8:45pm - 9:00pm server time/EST). If you are unable to attend or will be late to raid, please post in the #absentee-list and let an officer know. We understand that emergencies happen, but it is expected that you will message an officer on Discord/BattleNet as soon as possible if you are unable to attend or will be late.
Have a working microphone and be open to calling out specific mechanics if you are assigned a certain task.
Mechanics > Parsing. We expect all raiders to perform mechanics, but mistakes happen. Maximizing parses is for farm content, not progression content.
The guild will provide all consumables and repairs for raid (feasts / potions / flasks / oils / gems / enchants / vantus runes), just ask an officer. Drop a guild bank (Spellbook->General->Mobile Banking) to speed things up.
Raiders are expected to know the mechanics of the fight, particularly Mythic-specific mechanics (e.g. Limit, FatBoss, Ready Check Pull). The raid leader(s) will do an overview of the fight, and detail the specific strategy. Ask questions if you have them.
Raiders can always offer suggestions or ideas for boss strategies. However, the final decision is up to the Officers/Raid Leader(s).
During Mythic Progression - there will be time where you may be asked to sit for a boss or for a night. We will not tolerate any backlash or being salty. We make decisions based on the best interest of the guild and for progression purposes. It is nothing personal - Do not take it as so.

BOE Policy
When BOEs drop they will be traded to an Officer. BOEs will be rolled on (1-100 main spec, 1-1000 off spec) and awarded to the highest roll. BOEs must be equipped in front of an officer. If there are no rolls, the BOE will be given to the Guild Bank for funding consumables.
