I pressed enter literally every few sentences btw. I also had to copy the post from a text editor because wow forums seems to add the response to a previous post you made instead of making a new postā¦. Which is literally why there are no returns lmao. It should add it to the bottom of the fricking thread, but it doesnāt, even though it says it will, for what ever reason when you switch computers! When you try to copy it from the post you added to, it removes the formatting. It is literally not my fault. Lay off my case. Itās inherently the worst bug ever and I am sick of it!

Seriously, I have no hope for gamers anymore. All the HC gamers do not even play games anymore. Not sure what you even mean? Itās a fricking forum, where we are limited on the number of edits and editing capabilities we get. If they cared about grammar and things, they would give us more edits.

Well I thought about the buffs, they wonāt even work because they mistakenly attached FFB to frostbolt. Which is uttercrap because they will never be able to buff spellslinger frostbolt enough in 2v2, without doing bracket tuning and hero talent specific tuning, which they have never done in the history of arena. Especially with the FFB talent making FFB sometimes hit for 50% harder. Like what are they thinking? FFB is fine, but I donāt want to touch that god awful spec.
Then we got both PvPers and PvErs who hate frostbolt, and rather ice lance which I donāt understand 1 bit. Itās horrible gameplay in PvP. PvP as a frost mage shouldnāt be built around instant casting, at all! I donāt understand why every class is instant damage now and rogue, our #1 or #2 goto in 2s, now just randomly breaks polymorphs and canāt control it. Itās as bad as living bomb breaking it. The game is simply unplayable atm.
The fact FF is giving mastery is utter trash. Everyone knows itās haste/verse and the developers have been trying to give mastery more importance, expansion after expansion, and everyone knows it doesnāt work for frost mage. Haste linearly scales your skill ceiling. I donāt want to play with a garbage stat like mastery, even if they made 1% of it buff ray or glacial by 100%. Itās trash. I rather do no damage and be a CC bot as a mage and wait for a kill in dampening, then literally have every playable spec you can play with, including your own, break CC. Game state is horribly laughable right now.
This isnāt coming from a noob. I have over 20,000 hours played on frost mage. Rofl. Someone with 10k hours could do a better job balancing their game. Itās elementary how bad it is right now. If they donāt have individual bracket tuning in TWW, the game will slowly die. Because people have their modes they love and enjoy, but they released so many now, itās literally impossible to keep every spec balanced without bracket specific tuning and people will cancel because of it.
Most people donāt even play 2s, so I guess they donāt see my side of the story and I am SoL. Every other brackets and spec versions of mage seem pretty good. Itās just 2v2 pure frostbolt build that has fallen the heck off for many reasons other than just lack of FB damage. Like not having classes to play with who canāt cleave.
There is literally no point of even playing frostbolt build when facing a frost fire mage, a 1500 rated one will outclass you with icelances and double barriers alone lmao. Itās completely wack!
Iāve not looked at the leader boards, but I am sure spellslinger frostbolt spec for 2s is one of the lowest participating specs and bracket respectively. Itās probably completely fine in 3-8 player modes. Iāve not been able to play this entire expansion. There is also only like 1-2 classes right now who donāt instant cast or cleave and pair well with frostbolt mage in 2s. Itās sad. Complete downgrade from the last. I would have bought the brutisaur if I could play, but I have no reason to, after their ruined my class and still havenāt fixed it(yet?). Not putting in any faith they will. Ever.

Wdym? I have 5 mages and Iāve only done like 1 race change from human>void elf and 1 name change in the past 6 months. I did a couple of race changes as well 10-12 months ago to mess around with a pure heavy mastery ice lance/ray build as orc/dark iron to see how much damage it would do. I actually have more than 5 mages, like 10 if you account for the other acc which is perma banned lmao. It takes too much time and/or gold to boost lmfao. Itās cheaper and time effective to just race change one of my mages lol.
I go through phases with what comps I play with anyways and in DF, didnāt feel like spending 12 hours gearing a new mage every time I wanted to theory craft a potential comp or build, so would just race change my main mage mostly.
Itās way more cost effective to pay $30 than spend 12 hours miserable grinding conquest and being undergeared just to try double trinket human, or orc, or dark iron, only to find out, dark iron racial shares medallion CD ROFL.
