Driftholme Isle, a reclaimed Alliance outpost off the Stormwind coast, seeks new residents!

Under the stewardship of Countess Caela de Aviline, this small island community welcomes artisans, merchants, veterans, scholars, and wanderers looking for a place to call home. Your personal housing plot can be a cottage on our shores or a “portal” to your home elsewhere in Azeroth.

Founding Ceremony - Wayfarers’ Anchorage

When: Saturday, January 31st at 8:00 PM Server Time (Central)
Where: Driftholme Isle, Alliance Housing Neighborhood (Moon Guard)
Who: All current and prospective residents welcome!

Join us as Countess Caela de Aviline officially establishes Driftholme Isle as a community and welcomes its founding residents!

Event Details: This will be our guild’s first official RP event; a ceremony marking the IC founding of our neighborhood. Caela will speak about Driftholme’s purpose, recognize founding members, present our community charter, and discuss the Small Council structure. Afterwards, we’ll celebrate with open social RP and optional house tours.

About Wayfarers’ Anchorage: We’re an Alliance housing/RP guild building a neighborhood where houses become homes and neighbors become family. Light/casual RP, adult-oriented, LGBTQ+ friendly, GenX-focused but welcoming to all adult players. Drama-free and real-life-friendly.

Inaugural Small Council Elections - Driftholme Isle

All guild members in good standing may nominate themselves or another guild member (with the player’s permission). Candidates are encouraged to engage with the community and share their vision for their role.

Available Positions:

  • Harbor Master - Oversees trade, port security, and dock activities

  • Artisan Representative - Speaks for crafters, organizes markets and craft fairs

  • Community Liaison - Welcomes newcomers, plans social events, fosters neighborhood connections

  • Defense Coordinator - Works with Caela on island security

  • Arcane Advisor - Counsels on magical matters, ley lines, and arcane threats

  • Intelligence Director - Manages information gathering and strategic assessment

  • Spiritual Advisor - Provides guidance on matters of faith, morale, and community wellbeing

Election Date: February 15th

Campaign Message — For the People of Driftholme

Driftholme deserves arcane guidance that serves the island, not overshadows it. I am not running to make magic more powerful or more exclusive. I am running to help make it understandable, accountable, and safe for mages and non-mages alike. If elected as Arcane Advisor, my focus will be:

• Establishing clear protocols for magical concerns and emergencies

• Honest assessments of risks, artifacts, and spellwork

• Guidance that explains why something is dangerous, not just that it is

•Support for those affected by magic, regardless of whether they wield it

The Spire exists to teach and advise. Not to rule. Its doors are open for consultation, education, and assessment because magic does not belong to a single order or tower. It belongs to the community that lives with its consequences.

If you want an Arcane Advisor who values restraint as much as knowledge and clarity, I would be honored to serve.

Driftholme Spire Update

The Spire is currently undergoing a series of thoughtful refurbishments aimed at long-term instruction. As part of this growth, we are seeking mentors and teachers across all fields of magic—traditional, hybrid, and unconventional alike.

Those interested in teaching, advising, or contributing their experience to a public-facing arcane institution are encouraged to inquire. Practical wisdom, ethical awareness, and patience are valued over spectacle or prestige.
