The Silverguard is a guild steeped in history. Its roots trace back to the founding of the original guild, The Highguard, in 2014. As of 2018, The Silverguard is the successor group of those same High Elves that operate as part of the Silver Covenant’s elite forces. While constant war has seen the elves of Quel’thalas pit against each other for years, the Silverguard has always been keen on elven reunification and remedying relations between peoples. With the fall of Dalaran, The Silverguard has resurfaced, ready to take to the fields, caverns, and otherwise, fighting alongside those that would see the safety of Azeroth, and indeed the elven people, secured.
What we’re looking for:
The Silverguard has always been a place for new and old characters alike. Our application process gives us an idea of who your character is, their history, and their aspirations. While we primarily focus on Quel’dorei/Ren’dorei, other races can be a part of the Silverguard so long as there’s a reasonable connection to Thalassian interests.
New characters:
Fresh faces looking for structure, order, and looking to learn and grow. These characters will have the most complete experience as they work their way up from their time as Recruits and into more seasoned roles under the wings of their mentors.
Old, established characters:
The well-loved characters crafted over years of roleplay are naturally welcome within our ranks. We understand what it means to put time and effort into one’s character and would certainly have a place for them. While the ranking structure will still apply, characters in this category generally find themselves in a position that most complement their skills and abilities.
