First off like title says I’m looking for a solid raiding guild first and foremost, but also a fun community of players that are interested in things out side of raid logging (arena, bgs, alts etc) wI full cleared all content in TBC and WOTLK, raided with a top 75 guild in BC and Wrath as well. 2.2k+ arena glad as well. We are a group of passionate gamers who value and respect our own and each other’s time. Our goal is to accomplish as much as possible while remaining speedy and efficient. Many of our members raided the original Burning Crusade and have extensive raiding experience throughout all of WoW’s expansions.

We use a Progression and Performance based Loot Council system to distribute loot. We feel this allows us to appropriately reward players for consistency in things such as attendance, performance and preparation while also acknowledging things like class power, BiS lists and unique requirements for future progression encounters.

Currently 3/6 SSC on live, with 14/14 phase 1 with 3x Kara splits. Guild is a mix of current Cutting Edge Mythic raiders on retail and some full-time classic players. Most of us have been playing since original vanilla and have cleared all of TBC content in the past. Infernal is a newly formed Alliance, NA West, Semi-Hardcore PVE guild. Our goal is to raid and clear content not as a guild, but as a group of friends.

Salus Novus (A-PVP) is a semi hardcore guild that has been playing together for around 14 years since the original TBC thru SL on retail downing all mythic content while current. We are looking for like-minded min/max players that want to down bosses and push for speed clearing of content. Currently 4/6 SSC and 3/4 TK.
We consider our guild semi-hardcore due to striving for a raid that plays at the best of their abilities. Because we are only a 2 day raiding guild, time is precious, and we are looking for exceptional players who wish to crush meters and willing to go the extra mile to make their toon perform as best as they can. Half of the guild has achieved Gladiator on retail multiple times on multiple toons, raided in top 15-100 US multiple tiers, and love to pvp too although it is not necessary. PTR guild runs for new content is mandatory. We regularly go thru logs using Raid Performance Breakdown and wish to find others who play their toons to the max of their ability while having a good time and enjoying upcoming SSC/TK and beyond!

Raider Expectations

- Have BiS enchants/gems in BiS gear.
- PTR testing with the guild for new upcoming raids when available
- Knowledge of raid mechanics/keep up with raid strats.
- Stay up to date with class theory-crafting/meta in order to push for constant improvement of the raid.

Loot:
For 25 mans - Transparent Loot Council utilizing spreadsheets to identify where loot is going before it drops - based off attendance, performance, gear/consumable utilization, and guild involvement. All loot decisions can be openly discussed with the rest of the raid members/guild leadership in order to create a positive environment to better serve future raids.
For 10 mans - BiS>MS>OS is being utilized in order to get the most out of the items that drop.
Our GM also leads an alt raid on Wednesday/Sundays for people who have multiple toons that wish to go.

My guild is currently openly recruiting an R sham. We are currently 5/6 SSC and 2/4 TK. Guild is full of sweaty players that like to push parses, but also really focuses on making sure everyone is actually enjoying raiding. On an average night we usually are cracking jokes and talking with each other in between bosses when it gets a bit more serious.

is US 15th 10/10 T5 guild recruiting a resto shaman. We’re a lil sweaty in that we PTR new content when Blizzard allows us so we can be competitive, but we stick to our raid hours when doing so.
