Yep yep. It’s one of the reasons I’ve been at the same company for well over a decade: the founder hired good folks, and senior leadership models appropriate behavior. We’re not perfect, but we’re constantly trying to do better, and it’s because of that top-down effect. If our founder hadn’t been the almost ridiculously awesome person he is, it’d probably be a very different corporate culture.
