Last time I looked at altoholic’s total it was at slightly over 1000 days for all my chars combined
My main nears 800.
It’s mostly work stuff for me. I’m in charge of a lot of different teams, a lot of different projects. And they’re all things that giving a 5 min call RIGHT NOW … will save me 4 hours of headache tomorrow.
Sucks having to adult.

I wish you could just get a total count. Don’t want to try to add up time from a gazillion alts.
I don’t think it’s in their interests to allow that, though. For the same reason casinos don’t have clocks or windows, they don’t want you to know how time passes.

Over 1100 days on characters with my original druid, warrior and shaman each having over 200 days alone. Account made in 04 so its been a bit.
Last I checked (years ago) I was around the 900-1000 range. I’m sure I’m well over 1000 days now. I don’t want to know the truth.
The blues over in customer support can tell you. There was a thread not too long ago where people were asking what day their oldest character was made and blues were answering.
I dunno if it’s like… A thing they’d just do whenever though.

Because it counts the hours. So, let’s say you play 4 hours a day each week for 5 days: that’s 20 hours played.
While I’ve embraced my geek or inner nerd by the likes of lord of the rings and movies of that genre video games playing ttrpgs writing stories for ttrpgs etc I don’t hide that …
Yet 20 years of this game knowing how much I played the first five of those years especially. My number of days has to be four digits . I don’t think I need that confirmation though.
This time is displayed in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
What it doesn’t show:
- It does not give you the total time played across all of your characters on an account. To get that, you would have to use the command on each character and then add up the times.
- It does not show real world time. It only shows the amount of time that that specific character has been active in the game.
In essence, “/played” is a tool to track your in-game character’s playtime, not a general timekeeping feature.
Now my post wants people who know how to type /played in game and tell me how many days you have played on your toons.
I don’t need any info help from a bunch of clowns. The definition comes from blizzard’s explanation of played time. I can see some of your answers are incorrect.

We do not have any children. My wife and I got married in 2022, on April 20th. She is 58 and I am 59. She is not very demanding and we share everything together enjoy our farm and love each other. Good?

Didn’t you play the Garrison expansion? I have a house IRL, there will be no need to have one in World of Warcraft.
I have probably close to 1000 days played across a few dozen characters.
My original Paladin from BC has about 210 /played on her, but I haven’t really done anything with her since WotLK.
My Shaman I played for 10 years, no doubt has more than that, but I couldn’t be specific.
My Pandaren Mage or Warrior probably has the most /played time on them of my newest characters since I made thrm in Dragonflight.
Don shame yourself with those rookie numbers please, stop, get some help.

Wrath Baby here, I had 71 days /played on a different account before I got this account around the time of Mists of Pandaria.
On this account across all characters, I have racked up 255 days /played.
If I combine those numbers with the other account, I have spent a total of 326 Days In-game. That’s 7,824 Hours over a time period of 16.18 years! This means that over the course of 16.18 years, I have averaged 79.3 Minutes of play time per day (1.32 hours), 9.26 Hours per week and 20.15 Days /played per year!
Most of this is weekending, but the MOST I ever played was in Wrath because I was in 6th grade lol. Man oh man. Nothing but time.
