To our knowledge, there are only five old gods that lived on Azeroth. Who the fifth is, we don’t know for certain, though Blizzard has been dancing around whether Xalatath is the fifth or not.
So you think rather than it referring to Y’shaarj, the established seven headed god whose death created manifestations of emotions like fear and rage, it is actually referring to some other hitherto unknown higher being that you made up?

tirisfal and twilight highlands especially, twilight highlands was over-run AFTER we fought the twilights hammer in cataclysm, cho’gall works directly for the old gods and this was his base of operations
Sargeras was a master tactician who “went crazy” according to titan lore, why did he stab the planet in that spot? it just happened to dislodge old god blood in an area with nerubians and where xalatath has interest? pure blind luck that it did that?
I’m not entirely opposed to your other points and it is an interesting connection between the placement of the Old Gods and their characteristics, but the Klaxxi themselves say, “Our Gods were many, and powerful. We mantid worshipped the seven heads of Y’shaarj”.
I’m specifically referencing your points surrounding Seven possible Old Gods, though, Y’shaarj is known as “The God of Seven Heads”. I would assume similar parallels to the name or connections would be referencing him.

He stabbed the planet in Silithus, not Dornogal. You know, where the Heart Chamber was.
Y’shaarj was the seven-headed beast, he wasn’t attached to the other old gods. After trying to rip him out and maybe almost destroying the planet, that is when they started using containment instead of eradication to deal with old gods.
Also, on the cosmic scale, yes, void creatures beyond Azeroth are older than the old gods on Azeroth.
As for other areas, considering the Black Empire spanned the planet, you probably can’t dig anywhere without finding a trace of Old God shenanigans under a rock, though you won’t find an entire old god.

Go look at a picture of Y’shaarj made by blizzard and show me the 7 distinct heads, tell me it doesn’t look like an amalgamation of old gods we defeated?
Perhaps Y’shaarj is simply the combined body, the one before he was torn apart by aman’thul
Also the twilight’s hammer worship in these areas, it’s not just relics, they are there CURRENTLY.
