We are looking for players who constantly strive to be better through gearing, log analysis and understanding of your class.

Our goal is to quickly and efficiently clear current and upcoming content with players who will put the time in to make that happen.
We have a competitive atmosphere, centered around performance. We will be taking the best players to raid, and we want those who are hungry to earn spots.

The guild uses RC loot council and will distribute gear based on what is best for the raid over the individual. We will also be rotating in one random member weekly.
We have one goal, which is to have the strongest raid we can - not the strongest individuals.
