Ohhh…yes it will influence Bracket PVP.
this is an oversight I am sure, they should not split the player base at lower brackets. I leveled with a healthy portion of PvP through the brackets and I find playing the game like that is much better.
Besides, all the rep rewards etc start at lower level too and progress, it is a mighty waste of content to just level to 60 before starting to PvP.

Blizzard’s lack of foresight is so frustrating 
59 and below brackets will only get worse after AB releases by having two BG’s available instead of just the current one, will automatically split the player base. Then throw in Blizz move to split the battlegroups and you are looking at dead BG’s.
To some extent the new bg will influence queue times, but you can always just queue up for both bgs at the same time. Obviously AB will be popping at the start. But splitting the player base in brackets with healthy but limited population communities will have the biggest effect that’s for sure.
please change it back, q times for west coast 20-29 and 30-39 have gone up by a huge amount. also if u log in later than normal time there are literally 0 games going on. I know a lot of people that will be quitting if this doesn’t go back.
Not getting any pops on OCE for months, be nice to merge all under 60 BGs and just put it on US ping.
These Qs are killing me. Lvl 49 bracket… been waiting ages to play AB and now suddenly its dead. Just got a new subscription but now I deeply regret it.
Come on Blizzard you know it’s a breaking change! fix it!

One can only be hopeful here. The fact that nothing has been said when basically everyone playing sub 60 brackets hates this change/wants it reverted is just perplexing and negligent on blizzard’s end.
