Not in PvP, WFI is kind of useless there outside the double bombs not overriding each other. Most Arena SV hunter, which is a decently popular spec, and probably will be more popular with the MM PvP Nerfs this week.
There’s definitely a use for the “regular” Chakrams for Survival PvP, and because it benefits from Mastery, it can hit quite hard in a burst window.
On another note, had a family emergency with the ex, so my son was over last night and couldn’t test out to see how wrong I was in this thread.
