If they make the mail notification show on the login screen it would solve all these problems. I’ve looked through my many characters and haven’t seen the mail, but maybe I missed one? I can’t remember which I’ve logged on to lately.

I am still experiencing a bug where I have not received the reward.
Still nothing after I posted and still no response from Blizzard. My roomie just got her after 3 days. Soooo knock knock sup Blizzard?
No reward for me. I guess I’m glad some people are eventually getting it. I just keep wondering if it has actually tracked the amount I’ve earned this season and if I need to keep playing, or if the “count” is just starting later for me.
Still no reward, and all GMs say is suck it up. They have no interest in helping the players affected. I guess they will fix it well after 11.1 and the items will be worthless.

Pro Tip: don’t announce that players will be getting an additional reward when the fix clearly wasn’t tested and didn’t work.
I had no idea gear was supposed to go out, and ignorance would have been bliss in my case.
Now i want said loot, or official word what went wrong.
I notice that wowhead moved fast to wipe that page and comments when it went bad. Things like that make me wonder.
Just came to confirm still no reward mail on any of my toons.
Still not working properly. Just earned achievement for looting 50K plunder, (10x amount stated.) Checked every single character and NO mail from Captain Keg Leg.
Starting to think it may end up like Bleak Sands world quest (5 months later and no fix)
Got this back from a ticket today, which is the first indication I’ve seen that this is a known issue being worked on. “After reading all the interactions in your ticket, I would like to inform you that we have received various reports that the chest is not arriving in players’ mailboxes. The developers are already aware of this and are working to provide a prompt solution. Please help us by reporting it as a bug so that, along with our internal escalation, the responsible area can assess the impact of this bug.”
So a little feedback for Blizzard. Just did a Plunderstorm. I was level 7. The other guy was level 2. I had a rank 4 Snowstorm and a Rank 3 Star Bomb. One would think my damage would easily outclass his in proximity. I watched and tested him attacking me with Fire Whirl. He easily killed me despite me moving out of the way and hitting him with the rank 4 Snow Storm, and a Star Bomb.
This is what players keep complaining about.
If you bring this mode back, delete Fire Whirl. The spell is the epitome of degenerate gameplay. Players are disinterested in playing multiple sessions of Plunderstorm, and tend to just do Captain’s Orders and the Daily. This spell is a major reason for that trend.
Why bother playing when one spell is basically “IWIN” unless you have the magic counter or insanely good luck?
