Good news! We survived.
The Judicator Campaign was one that started years ago, and after so many trials, so much tragedy, and loss- together with the Argent Onslaught, and the valorous Daviel Lightblade, we were able to put our old friend to rest, free of corruption. What a fantastic storyline, and a beautiful campaign, thank you, Denareb!

After the survival of the guild from our most recent endeavors, the lull is about to end, and Briarstone’s endeavors are about to pick up again. If anyone is interested, seek out one of our officers, we’re always looking for more people. Especially those that that are magic-users or the stealthy sort! We’d enjoy hearing from anyone interested.
We’re wrapping up the prologue to our next campaign this week. In August, we’ll be starting the long-awaited Nazjatar campaign, Tideswrath!

I will be out in Stormwind tonight, to those who’d like to come out and see about the guild! Briarstone’s about to deploy in a campaign to Nazjatar (now that we’ve gotten a chance to check out the lore) and needs a few more battle-ready hands.

We often invite people from other guilds, actually! The more the merrier. Even though ICly our characters are neutral, because of the game’s mechanics, we’re not able to currently do events with Horde. However, if you make a proxy character (IE: I have a Draenei that I RP as an orc), you would be more than welcome to attend!
In the future, we may be testing out the group-link feature of Cross-RP and tongues pots to include our horde friends!
Whoops! We got distracted with content and campaigns and forgot about the forums! Here’s an update!
Briarstone is still seeking new recruits in the long war against real evil! We’re currently into the second part of our current campaign, and more than willing to help new members and participants catch up (we do have a compilation of all reports from the campaign thus far, which can help both ICly and OOCly).
As always, Briarstone is neutral, good-aligned, and is willing to get face to face with real monsters in order to help Azeroth. We started out as a coalition between Cenarion Circle and Earthen Ring forces, but are now open to Kirin Tor, Argent Crusade, and other neutral and independent individuals and forces! Just because you’re not in the guild doesn’t mean you can’t be a part of the coalition’s web of efforts!
And we don’t just hunt monsters and break cults- we also cleanse magical corruption, fight power corruption, solve mysteries, save allies, rescue civilians, mend wounds, recover artifacts, and now and again vend at markets and throw down at brawls and mingle at open tavern nights to unwind. As it’s been put by allies describing the guild: Briarstone just wants to do good.
Meeting us ICly and through roleplay is a great way to get involved with what we do. As always and ever before, we welcome friends and allies from other guilds to most events! We have weekly updates in our guild discord so that even those not in the in-game guild can see what’s up in coming on the calendar. Just message the DM to make certain you’ll get an invite!
And hey! Players are encouraged to take initiative during roleplay, to make choices, to make perception checks and skill checks and be clever when their character deems it necessary- and with the customized d20 sheets, characters can play to their strengths with and without the dice. “My character has experience with this sort of thing” goes a long way! A character’s individual strengths and weaknesses don’t go ignored. It’s not just combat- knowledge, language, and diplomatic prowess is weighed and valued!
We’re a newer guild (just over a year old) made by experienced storytellers and we’re still growing, but the calendar is always active and there’s always a new event, story, or campaign just around the corner. If any of this seems appealing, contact us today!
