<MRI> (formerly known as <Mass Res Inc>) is a semi-hardcore progression raiding guild, newly transferred from the low pop merge realm of Icecrown/Malygos. We are now on Proudmoore, have our AOTC kill, and looking to shift into Mythic raiding as soon as we can shore up our numbers.

About Us:
<Mass Res Inc> formed in March 2015. We raid with a group mentality, and try to leave selfishness at the door. We like to walk the line between getting things done in an efficient manner, and still playing in a way that reminds us why we’re all here: this is a game, it’s fun, and we like playing it together!
Beyond that, we are big on cohesion and team-building, and utilize both Slack and Discord apps to keep in touch outside of game and build on our friendships. We’re all adults, mostly in our 20’s and 30’s. We try to be flexible about people’s schedules and realize that Real Life > WoW.
We also play other games on the side. Currently Path of Exile is a great time sink for some of us between raids, if that is something that interests you!
Raid Times:
Tues, Weds, Thurs – 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. PST (Server)
Mythic Philosophy:
Our aim for our Mythic roster is to have a team at or about 25 strong. Raiders will rotate out for a fight/night when we’re over numbers. This will allow everyone to have a night off every once in awhile, and allows for guilt-free absences when real life gets in the way of raiding.
Raider Requirements:
Typically, it’s best to have raid experience and an average play level of above average skill or the ability to prove that you are capable of doing so. (Warcraft Logs can help you here.) The ability to play more than one spec of your chosen class to help us out when we need people to swing is a huge plus.
Please have an openness to constructive criticism, a thick skin for all sorts of humor, and respect and tolerance for those who have different life experiences than you.
Current Openings:
DPS main/Heals swing: Anyone willing and able to competently play the swing role depending on the raid’s needs that week due to absences.
DPS: Priorities are warrior, spriest.
Heals & Tank: Low priority, but we are open to talking to people for these roles, as we have some flexibility.
That said, we like to recruit the person, not the class. All applicants will be considered.
