My guild does this. We accept both good and bad players and will help the bad players improve. I am part of a core group of folks that are all better than me but I’ve improved massively over the last few months. I hadn’t played wow in 15 years and don’t game much, so no surprise it took me a bit to improve.
And yet according to the sweaty parse lords, I should have quit the game immediately. God forbid that someone with significantly less screen time is worse at the game than them.
