Maximum Effort is a brand new guild recruiting tryhards, nolifers, neckbeards, and virgins for endgame content. Raid times are wed/sun 9:30pm.
This guild was formed with the notion of having a fully democratic raid group with a focus on progression. Everything from officer promotions to boss strategy to loot distribution will be subject to a vote. The role of the GM and officers will be to facilitate and delegate rather than lead. My hope is that this will promote a culture of trust and cooperation in our small community as we head further into endgame.
