Without log hard to say; but a quick armory. I would say, it is gears and essence issues. Sadly, the rep buff is already over. You have to focus on doing vale/uldum assaults minor/major. Should have been exalted by now, but only need revered for rank 3 breath of dying.
You dont want rapid reload for raid.
