I collected the Dire Maul bonfire out of Dire Maul North for this quest, and I received quest credit at that time. Since then, I no longer have the quest credit for the Dire Maul bonfire, and repeated interactions with the Dire Maul bonfire will not update the quest credit. The other dungeon bonfires are working normally for me.
UPDATE: Resolved the issue. I am dumb and attempted several times to get the quest credit while in a raid group.
