Danica’s announcment does not progress after she says “I have an announcement to make”. Quest frozen and cannot progress.
To add to this bug report: Tried reloading client, /reload, leaving and re-entering zone. Abandoned and did it over again, only to get stuck in the exact same spot again. “Danica’s announcement completed” will not complete because the action button for it to complete, will not pop up. I use the default UI. Have next to no add-ons, and turned what few I do have, off on the retry to no avail.
Abandoning it for the 3rd time was apparently the charm? I abandoned it as the aforementioned sentence suggests, for a 3rd time. Logged out, played on my main for a bit while hoping to get an actual person answering my ticket. Took it up again. RP walked next to her. Waited for her to say her thing. Clicked on her (not sure if it was really needed but she started talking again when I did) and actually got the action button that pops up!

my issue is that the “zone skill” button wasn’t appearing. mods conflict.
