I am not sure if you looking to hardcore raiding or just AOTC. We are a Casual Heroic Raiding guild 5/8H currently with Zul down to 18.5%.
We are laid back group, not elitists 
We are an older group most of us have full time jobs but still love to play WoW. We are a close knit family since Legion and have remained together.
WE are looking to add more dps to help us progress through Uldir. And working towards having mythic + groups throughout the week. Not mandatory though lol
